Pat is a SF Bay Area native, St. Mary's College alumni and a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker / Realtor now associated with Dumas Real Estate, Inc. specializing in all aspects of general residential real estate brokerage and consulting.

Pat has worked as VP, designated Broker and general sales manager for several public and private subdivision entities and was part of the original new home sales effort in Rancho Solano, Fairfield, Ca., where he served buyers as community sales manager for Emerald Homes with over 80 new homes sold. Pat and his wife Lee Ann have lived in Rancho Solano since 1990. "I enjoy the real estate profession, it's my passion and being a fiduciary for my client's best interests is very important to me."
